Fluxion: Alternating Applications

In Neurasthenia to reduce abdominal and Pelvic Congestion and splanchnoptosis:-

• Sitz Bath (deep, must cover most of abdomen) is very good.
  • Begin at 37°C and slowly raise to 39°C, then lower to 30°C just before close or use a cold Pail Pour to hips
  • 2nd treatment: begin at 36°C then gradually lower to 30 or 27°C
  • Then: lower beginning temperature each day until it is a prolonged
• Cold Rubbing Sitz
• Cold Douche or Alternate Douche
• slow Sinusoidal Tub Bath
• exercise
• weight-increasing diet

Chronic:

• Revulsive Pelvic Pack
• Heating Pelvic Pack
• Alternate Douche or Cold Douche to lumbar and sacral regions
