A bath in any natural body of water. 3-30 min
Exercise to ensure reaction
- not within an hour before or after meals
- avoid if patient is exhausted or nervously weak
- A slight chill occurs on entering until reaction sets in.
- Avoid the second chill by gentle rubbing and exercise
- After cold Shower or spray, 5°C below that of the sea for 3-4 seconds.
- Dry thoroughly and rub vigorously.
- Exercise moderately 15-20 min
